Job Full Description:
What You Will Do!
• Supervise production and installation departments department
• Manage production and installation schedules
• Operate production machinery as needed
• Training of staff
• Maintain and clean tools, supplies and equipment
• Manage inventory
• Managed order files and drawings in proprietary system
• Serve as liaison with customers
Job Experience
What You Will Bring…
• Previous leadership experience in a production environment
• Fabrication and/or CNC experience preferred
• Previous project management experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
