Job Full Description:
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a Lease Management Software migration with one of Central Oregon’s leading employers. This role will represent our client and work closely with the vendor’s project team and internal key business stakeholders.
This is a 4–6-month project role which will require regular, weekly onsite time in the Bend, Oregon office. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
What You Get to Do!
• Serve as the internal Project Manager for the lease management software migration
• Collaborate with the vendor team and their Project Manager
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Real Estate, and potentially Store Operations
• Partner with the internal change management/transition management team and business units to facilitate adoption and minimize disruption
• Oversee project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Regularly communicate project status, issues, and milestones to all stakeholders
Job Experience
What You Will Bring:
• Proven project management experience in software migration projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and internal teams
• Familiarity with lease management systems (Lucernex, Tango, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to navigate change management and transition processes
• Project Management certification (PMP, SCRUM, or similar) preferred
