As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will work to integrate The Ben’s Hope Way throughout the day-to-day experience of our staff and residents by serving as the steward of workforce strategy, regulatory compliance, organizational culture, and accountability systems within a specialized residential licensed Adult Foster Care system. This role ensures staffing structures, leadership formation, compliance systems, and workforce sustainability align with mission, public funding requirements, and legal obligations.

  • Monitor turnover, retention trends, scheduling integrity, and workforce sustainability
  • Own and update HR policies, onboarding processes, and employee retention strategies
  • Advise Executive Leadership on organizational health, culture, and risk

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday on site

Job Experience

  • 3-5+ years of HR leadership experience in regulated healthcare or social service environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, investigations, and compensation strategy
  • Experience with workforce planning, performance management systems, and policy development
  • Demonstrated commitment to a Christian faith and life worldview

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience in mission-driven or faith-based organizations

This leader safeguards organizational health by ensuring ethical employment practices, regulatory compliance, and just personnel decisions. With a commitment to sustainability and mission alignment, the Director champions a culture that supports staff well-being, leadership development, and workforce stability in service of Benjamin’s Hope’s transformative impact.
