Job Full Description:

Camira Brands has contracted Specialized Recruiting Group to assist in the search for their new North America Marketing Manager. This individual will launch and manage all marketing and communications efforts across North America, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales support through digital communications, content creation, events, product launches, sales tools, and oversight of the outsourced fulfillment center. The role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact, locally relevant marketing that aligns with global strategy while managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted campaigns tied to industry trends, innovations, and cultural moments, leveraging events and collaborations to maximize visibility.

  • Lead North American social media strategy including content creation, scheduling, paid campaigns, and community engagement.

  • Localize website content, manage influencer and media relations, and use trend/data insights to promote relevant fabrics, colors, and stories.

  • Oversee regional product launch campaigns, including PR, sales toolkits, events, photography, and training resources for sales representatives.

  • Plan and manage trade shows, industry events, NeoCon participation, and customer experiences, including showroom development in Grand Rapids.

  • Coordinate direct marketing efforts such as e-blasts, newsletters, and CRM-driven outreach while aligning with sales objectives and the customer journey.

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and storytelling across market verticals.

  • Lead brand/design strategy for North America, including the creation of marketing materials, photography assets, sales tools, and collateral.

  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, CRM data, and competitive insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift, Monday–Friday

Job Experience

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B marketing within design, textiles, or interiors.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Background in event coordination, trade shows, and product launch campaigns.

  • Strategic thinker with strong creative and hands-on execution ability.

  • Familiarity with North American market dynamics and channels.

Job Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
