Job Full Description:
A manufacturing company in West Michigan is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This position assists with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits, while maintaining compliance and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and a proactive approach to supporting both leadership and employees.
Responsibilities:

Maintain personnel and training files, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding.

Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR system management (Paycor).

Coordinate and participate in company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Provide guidance to employees on company policies and benefits.

Support safety initiatives and assist with HR-related special projects.
Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8am-5pm
Job Experience

2+ years of HR or administrative experience.

Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, COBRA) and HR best practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Paycor experience preferred).

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
Job Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
