Job Full Description:
A well-established local company is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to provide critical support to its marketing team and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. This role blends creative marketing responsibilities with essential administrative tasks, including schedule coordination, document organization, and front-office support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment—ready to contribute to both the strategic goals and daily operations of a dynamic marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line administrative support including answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and distributing information
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Draft and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates
- Support trade show coordination, promotional events, and webinar logistics
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and electronic filing systems
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support marketing goals and ensure consistent messaging
- Conduct market research and compile reports on competitor activity and campaign performance
- Organize marketing assets and ensure branding consistency across materials
- Track key marketing metrics and assist in reporting campaign effectiveness
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with internal communication initiatives
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday
Job Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or office administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable answering phones and serving as the first point of contact for the company
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as social media schedulers, CMS platforms, email marketing platforms and analytical tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence both in person and on the phone
Job Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
