Erin Ricke

Director of Specialized Recruiting

Erin has been with our South Central Indiana Express team since we opened in 2005. Prior to holding her title of Director of Specialized Recruiting, she worked in Business Development and as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter for multiple types of positions. She graduated from University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's focusing in communication. Erin currently resides in Whiteland with her husband and two boys. In her spare time, her family enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching/playing various sports!

Emily Bogue

Director of Business Development

With a background in community engagement and business development in various industries, Emily graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in French from the University of Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering as a Girl Scout leader, coaching youth sports, and serving in youth ministry at her church. Starting with Express in 2014, Emily wore many hats over the years before being promoted to Business Development Area Manager. Emily strives to serve companies and associates in south-central Indiana. "I feel like my job truly can help change lives! I want to help companies with their challenges and help our associates find their next great place to work."

Outside of the office, Emily loves spending time with her family and their dog. When she's not cheering her kids on in sports and other school activities, you can find her reading a good book, unwinding at a coffeehouse, or spending time outdoors.

Erin Anderson

Office Services Recruiter  

With a background in community engagement, education, and project coordination, Erin brings a diverse set of skills to our Express family. She earned her degree in Education from Ball State and has experience in museums, teaching, and most recently, the HVAC industry. Erin enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and thrives on helping people grow and succeed.

She lives near Shelbyville with her husband Matt, their two adult children, and their Great Pyrenees, Pepper. A history enthusiast, Erin volunteers at her local museum and loves researching family genealogy. She’s also known for her fun and quirky earring collection!

Brittney Jacobson

Skilled Trades Recruiter

Brittney earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-HR from Purdue University Global and went on to excel in HR and Talent Acquisition roles, specializing in recruiting, onboarding, and payroll. With five years of service in the United States Navy, she brings discipline and dedication to her work.

Originally from Gainesville, FL, Brittney now resides in Greenwood with her husband, Christian, and their two lovely kids. She cherishes her spare time, exploring historical landmarks in Greenwood and taking refreshing walks. Passionate about connecting with people, she finds fulfillment in linking job seekers with suitable companies, ultimately helping everyone succeed. Additionally, Brittney actively volunteers at Mt. Auburn Church in Greenwood, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on her community.

Erin Pardue Bio

Operations & Marketing Manager

Erin is a proud graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Marketing. She started her career in the Marketing department at a local casino where she gained experience in advertising, direct mail, promotions and database management. Erin started with us in 2012 managing all marketing & recruiting efforts for the Indianapolis South and Columbus offices, covering 7 counties in south central Indiana. She now manages all of the operations out of our Indy South office for Light Industrial, Marketing and Front Office.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, all things IU (but mostly basketball!) and being outdoors with her family. Erin lives in her hometown of Indianapolis with her husband Josh and her daughters Maggie and Alaina.

Zoey Frieden

Marketing Coordinator

A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media, Zoey has built a career centered around creativity and connection. She calls Greenwood home, where she and her husband, Caden, are currently building their first house. Zoey brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, where she managed social media, website updates, and a variety of marketing and administrative projects.

Outside of work, you can find Zoey enjoying walks, coffee shops, and farmers markets, or spending time with her family, her new nephew, and her Maltipoo, Lucy.

When asked what excites her most about joining Express, Zoey said, “I’m excited to grow and learn in a purpose-driven environment, surrounded by a team that’s passionate about helping others.”

Jennifer Culver

Front Office & Business Administrator

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in education, talent development, and business support to her role at Express. Before joining our team, she spent over 15 years with Ivy Tech Community College, where she served in a variety of roles including Director of Talent Connections and Program Management. Throughout her career, Jen has been passionate about helping people connect with opportunities, whether through career services, employer partnerships, or team development.

Born in Michigan City and raised in Columbus, IN, Jen is a proud graduate of Indiana University with degrees in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a Master’s in Adult and Community Education from Ball State. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and sports, but most of all spending time with her husband, Scott, and their daughter, Elliette.
