Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support existing clients, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Account Manager's Pay/Benefits:
- Full-Time Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + bi-annual profit sharing bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned customers and internal departments
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts
- Manage product lifecycle phases: RFQQ, PPAP, SOP, engineering changes, final build-out, and service parts
- Develop mid- to long-term sales forecasts and budgets
- Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing and business terms
- Resolve conflicts between internal teams and customer counterparts
- Support Accounts Receivable when needed
- Execute special assignments from management
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
- Travel required: 1–2 nights per week

Job Experience
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in automotive OEM
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bilingual in Japanese is a plus
Job Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field experience
