Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support existing clients, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Account Manager's Pay/Benefits:

  • Full-Time Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + bi-annual profit sharing bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned customers and internal departments
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts
  • Manage product lifecycle phases: RFQQ, PPAP, SOP, engineering changes, final build-out, and service parts
  • Develop mid- to long-term sales forecasts and budgets
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing and business terms
  • Resolve conflicts between internal teams and customer counterparts
  • Support Accounts Receivable when needed
  • Execute special assignments from management
  • Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
  • Travel required: 1–2 nights per week

Job Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in automotive OEM
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Bilingual in Japanese is a plus

Job Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field experience
