About the Job 

The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates and match them with reputable companies across South Central Indiana. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth. 

Roles you may fill: Engineer • Production Supervisor • Accountant • Sales Representative • Operations Manager • HR Leader 

What You’ll Do 

1. Business Development & Sales
   • Build and maintain a target company list
   • Make daily preplanned outbound sales calls
   • Document all activity in the CRM and set next steps
   • Meet with clients weekly (virtual or in person) 

   2. Job Order Qualification

• • Follow the SRG Job Order Process
  • Understand job duties, required skills, and work environments
  • Assess fillability and timelines
  • Conduct facility tours as needed

   3. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• • Source talent through job boards, databases, social media, and community channels
  • Make daily candidate outreach calls
  • Reactivate past candidates and build a strong talent matrix

   4. Candidate Qualification & Interviewing

• • Complete the SRG interview process weekly
  • Conduct employment verifications
  • Match candidates to job orders or market top talent to clients

   5. Relationship Building

• • Build strong relationships with local businesses
  • Conduct quality calls to ensure exceptional service
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities
