About the Role: A growing multi-division company in contracting, manufacturing, and property development is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations across three entities. This strategic role oversees accounting, reporting, job costing, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting national expansion and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting, payroll, and financial reporting
- Oversee job costing and project profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
- Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate audits
- Improve systems (QuickBooks Enterprise) and reporting tools
- Collaborate with leadership and supervise accounting staff
Compensation & Benefits
- $85–$100K base salary

Job Experience
- 5–7 years in financial leadership roles
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or property management preferred
- Strong job costing and QuickBooks Enterprise skills
Job Education
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
