David Lowe

Partner, Managing Director of SRG

David Lowe has worked for Express Employment Professionals and Specialized Recruiting Group for the past 18+ years. He started out recruiting for administrative, customer service, and clerical positions and quickly discovered a passion for the logistics industry. For the past 16+ years, he’s focused primarily on filling jobs relating to supply chain, import, export, domestic, and customs brokerage related positions.

In 2015, David became a partner in the Kent, WA Express office along with Kris & Jill Hoglund, Dawn Colston, and Elisha Arunga. Since then, they have acquired two more Express franchises in Seattle and North Seattle. They’ve also opened an Express Healthcare Staffing office focused on Licensed Medical positions. David’s primary role for the company day to day is leading the Specialized Recruiting Group team that focuses on Direct Hire placements and professional contract positions.

Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. His two youngest of 3 kids are very active in sports, so if he’s not at work, he’s probably off watching one of their practices or games. David also enjoys giving his oldest son career advice and going to the gym with him to work out when they can both find the time.

Sarah Williams

Senior Contract & Search Specialist

Sarah is an accomplished Senior Search & Contract Specialist with over 7 years of experience in workforce development and staffing. In her role at Specialized Recruiting Group of Seattle Metro, she specializes in full-time/direct hire opportunities and is committed to a personalized service as unique as the companies and talent she serves.

Throughout her career, Sarah has had the opportunity to collaborate with clients in Logistics, Tech, Legal, and Industrial sectors—delivering timely and targeted results. Notable work includes helping scale logistics and sales teams for a PNW-based freight forwarder, filling VP-Level roles for tech and SaaS companies, and supporting hires for aerospace and automation manufacturers.

With a degree in Communications and becoming the volleyball Team Captain at the University of Idaho, Sarah grew a deep passion for hard work and connecting people with purposeful work. She is constantly evolving her knowledge through industry research, networking and mentoring.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time with family, watching or playing sports, weightlifting and volunteering for her church and various nonprofits. She is always looking for new challenges and is open to collaboration, new ideas and meaningful connections for the betterment of the greater Seattle community and beyond.

Erika Rodgers

Contract & Search Specialist

Erika Rodgers is an experienced Recruiter with over four years of experience in workforce development and staffing. Currently serving at the Specialized Recruiting Group in Seattle, she focuses on talent acquisition within Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Sales, where she is dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with client organizations.

Throughout her career, Erika has consistently delivered high-impact staffing solutions by aligning candidate strengths with client needs. Her strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise have driven successful placements and sustained team growth, particularly across Freight Forwarding and logistics-focused companies nationwide.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Seattle University and is dedicated to continuous professional development through ongoing learning and industry engagement. A former Division I softball athlete, Erika brings a competitive spirit and strategic mindset to her work. Originally from California, she now resides in Seattle, where she enjoys hiking, traveling, and building meaningful personal and professional connections.
