Sara Moriarty began her career with Express Employment Professionals in 2010 and advanced quickly through roles in recruiting, outside sales, and branch leadership before becoming the owner of the East Portland Express and Specialized Recruiting Group franchises in 2014. With more than 15 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, sales strategy, and operational leadership, she brings a comprehensive, results-driven perspective to every client engagement.
Specialized Recruiting Group focuses on professional-level placements in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and other niche roles, while also supporting Express divisions that serve industrial, office services, and skilled trades staffing needs. The division's approach is anchored in long-term partnerships, deep market understanding, and a commitment to the East Portland community.
As an owner, Sara is known for her ability to build meaninful relationships, execute strategic initiatives, and drive sustainable business growth. She is equally focused on organizational development inside her own walls - investing in her internal team through coaching, clarity, and accountability to help each employee reach their highest potential.
Under Sara's leadership, SRG East Portland operates intentionally as a high-touch recruiting partner, delivering white-glove service and deeply personalized support to both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys time with her family, keeping up with her rambuctious cat Pepper, reading, and exploring new recipes from her favorite cookbooks or meals inspired by travel.
