Deb joined the SRG team in 2017 and since then has placed over 350 professionals in her respective niche. Year over year she proves to be one of the most dynamic headhunters in the Construction Industry; primarily placing top-performing Engineers, Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Executives for leading general contractors, engineering firms, and Residential Firms throughout the Carolinas.

Deb prides herself on building meaningful relationships with the top performers in the industry and knowing the "who's who" of the construction world. Through hundreds of successful placements, she has gleaned insight about trends, strategies and compensation models that give her unique perspective with one goal in mind: to bring value to our clients and candidates alike.

Professional Recruiter, Accounting, HR and Construction 

Gina joined our Accounting and Finance team in May 2021. She has over 20 years of corporate Human Resources experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry doing in-house recruitment. She has worked in many different verticals including healthcare, sales, veterinary, accounting, and finance. Gina prides herself on her ability to ask the right questions of her client to ensure the right caliber of talent is presented for the role. She is an incredibly hard worker who is passionate about matching the right candidates to the right company, hiring manager and role.  

When Gina is not recruiting, she enjoys uplifting women in their physical fitness journey as a personal trainer. She also enjoys spending time with her two Labrador puppies, watching her son play high school football, and spending quality time with her twin girls.

Professional Recruiter, Construction

Krista comes to SRG with a professional background in medical sales and non-profit management. For nine years, she held various sales positions within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Krista then transitioned into a non-profit management role, as the Executive Director of the National Association of Remodeling Professionals (NARI) in 2020. Her time at NARI enabled her to meet many construction professionals in the Charlotte area and work closely with Deb Patterson, who introduced her to the world of recruiting.

Krista is so excited to join the SRG team and help source and recruit Charlotte’s top talent in the construction industry. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, going to see live music and spending time with her husband and their three children.

Rob joined the SRG team in 2023 after beginning his career in accounting and finance recruiting. He then spent time working for a local drone business developing a sales team and managing client relationships. Rob is passionate about helping others and assisting them in the job-search process in any way that he can.

Originally from the Annapolis, Maryland area, Rob has made Charlotte home after graduating from Clemson University. Outside of work, Rob enjoys attending games in Death Valley, golfing and has become an avid chef. He also loves to spend time with his golden retriever Sophie and wife.
