Jeff Miller

VP of SRG - McCallum League

Jeff Miller joined the McCallum League in January of 2025. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry, he has held key leadership roles, including VP of Direct Hire Search, Board Member, and Managing Director at EdgeLink and Talent Groups, as well as Executive Recruiter and Director at Hall Kinion. In his current role, he leads strategic planning, sales, recruitment, and operational initiatives to drive the growth and success of SRG locations across the McCallum region, including Oregon, Colorado, and Arizona. His focus is on shaping the SRG brand both internally and within communities while fostering business development, strengthening client relationships, and recruiting and placing top-tier professional talent. Jeff is passionate about aligning these efforts with the overarching goals of SRG and Express to make a lasting impact.

Mike Newton

Mike Newton is the Managing Director of SRG Phoenix, with over 11 years of experience in staffing and recruiting across multiple industries. A U.S. Army veteran and Boston native, Mike moved to Phoenix in 2013 and has since become a key player in helping businesses—from small firms to Fortune 500s—find top talent.

Driven, team-focused, and passionate about relationship-building, Mike leads with a commitment to growth and impact. Outside the office, he’s a proud husband and father, a football coach, and a dedicated Packers fan who enjoys barbecuing and local cornhole tournaments.

Michael Holsapple brings 20 years of staffing experience across recruiting, sales, and leadership roles. Known for his team-first mindset and relationship-driven approach, he leads by example and focuses on delivering results through strong partnerships.

Based in Phoenix, Michael enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with his fiancée, her two daughters, and their three dogs.

Daniel Cervantes

Professional Recruiter

Daniel Cervantes joined Specialized Recruiting Group in July 2025 and serves as a Lead Professional Services Recruiter. He brings experience in full desk recruiting, with a background in the semiconductor industry and a focus on IT, full-stack development, and data systems. Known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and authenticity, Daniel is passionate about building meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and expressing his creativity through art and music.
