Our client, a rapidly growing leader in national distribution, is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Manager to drive high‑impact improvements across their end‑to‑end operations. Key Responsibilities

Lead and own optimization initiatives across warehousing, distribution, inventory, transportation, and manufacturing

Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Build advanced Excel and Power BI models for scenario planning, KPI tracking, and cost analysis

Map end‑to‑end supply chain processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and standardization needs

Lead cross‑functional project teams to implement improved workflows and operational best practices

Develop and roll out standardized processes, documentation, and training for functional owners

Partner with leadership to support continuous improvement and long‑term operational strategy

Collaborate with IT and operations teams to leverage WMS, ERP, and planning/automation systems
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or supply chain analytics

Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional optimization or continuous improvement initiatives

Experience in national distribution (post‑production preferred; warehousing‑only backgrounds are not a fit)

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities

Hands‑on experience analyzing supply chain performance across warehousing, distribution, inventory, and transportation

Working knowledge of WMS, ERP, and planning/automation systems

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
