Job Full Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Shipping Line Supervisor with strong leadership and logistics experience to support their shipping operations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years in a manufacturing shipping environment
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Forklift experience required
- Strong computer skills (shipping systems, inventory tools)
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily shipping activities and support warehouse staff
- Coordinate freight (LTL/FTL), packing lists, and BOLs
- Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and product movement
- Resolve freight issues and identify process improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to the team
