Job Full Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of up to 16 production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in production operations and a passion for continuous improvement.
As a key member of our client's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members (up to 16 employees).
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production goals are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including KPI tracking and lean practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
