Job Full Description:

Our client is a growing organization looking to identify a People Analytics Lead who can bring structure, discipline, and insight to HR operations and people data. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR operations professional with a strong systems mindset who enjoys turning clean data into clear, actionable reporting for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including:
    • Benefits administration
    • HRIS setup, maintenance, and data integrity
    • Onboarding and compliance documentation
    • Leave administration (FMLA, state, and company policies as applicable)
    • Ongoing employee record accuracy
  • Maintain and continuously improve systems that support:
    • Performance management processes
    • Accountability and workflow execution
    • Cross-functional visibility into people operations
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards and metrics related to:
    • Employee turnover and retention trends
    • Hiring progress and pipeline health
    • Employee development and training completion
  • Ensure timely execution of HR processes with strong attention to compliance and audit readiness
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate people data into insights that support operational and business decisions

  • Accurate, reliable HR systems with clean and well-maintained employee data
  • Timely, consistent HR process execution across onboarding, benefits, and compliance
  • Strong confidence in reporting and dashboards used by leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or people operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation, maintenance, and reporting
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting compliance-related HR activities and documentation
  • Proven ability to manage details while seeing the bigger systems picture
