We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a good understanding of HR practices. If you have a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain both electronic and printed payroll records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with various audits, including payroll, financial, and compliance audits.
- Support the HR Director as needed, contributing to various HR-related tasks and projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and protect employee privacy.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
