Job Full Description:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong accounting and administrative skills? Our client is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team and oversee critical financial and operational functions. This is a dynamic role that combines bookkeeping expertise with office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes.
- Process Payroll using Paycom.
- Perform account reconciliations and enter checks into Sage.
- Handle ACH payments and bank wire transfers.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with CPA for year-end closing.

Office & Compliance
- Maintain utility contracts and manage OSHA forms/accident reports.
- Oversee vehicle files and ensure compliance.
- Manage Free Trade Agreements annually for 200–300 items.
- Complete government surveys as required.
- Coordinate commercial and medical insurance renewals.
- Administer 401(k) and maintain personnel files.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Sage, Paycom, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations.
- Experience with ACH payments, wire transfers, and monthly reporting.
- Familiarity with OSHA compliance, insurance renewals, and government reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management and bookkeeping roles.
- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements and compliance processes.
- Experience collaborating with CPAs and external vendors.
