Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who can also serve as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

This role combines office management responsibilities with full-charge bookkeeping across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing diverse tasks beyond accounting, including administrative coordination and operational support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting:

    • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online
    • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
  • Office Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
    • Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and support HR-related tasks
    • Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects
  • Additional Duties:

    • Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs
    • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager and Full-Charge Bookkeeper
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and complex accounting structures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
