Job Full Description:
Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a New Store Openings Systems Manager to oversee all technology-related activities for new store openings and remodel projects. This is a critical role that ensures seamless technology deployment and operational readiness across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Execute Tech Activities:
Oversee procurement, configuration, installation, and support for all technology systems during new store openings and remodels.

Manage NSO Tech Timelines:
Coordinate technology schedules and deliverables across Construction, Store Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure on-time readiness.

Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors to guarantee pre-opening readiness and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Expertise:
- POS systems and back-office systems
- Network and store infrastructure
- Audio/Visual systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Project, Outlook)
- Experience with enterprise retail systems (Jesta preferred)

Skills:
Strong project management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication abilities.
