Our client is an innovative manufacturing organization looking to identify a Manufacturing Process Control Manager who can build structure, scale production, and drive hands-on execution. This is a highly impactful role for a self-directed leader who combines technical manufacturing expertise with a builder’s mindset.

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Process Control Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing processes that support the scaling of pressure transducers and future new product launches. This role oversees manufacturing inventory control, creates and enforces SOPs, and plays a key role in rapid prototyping.

This position is essential to enabling the company’s manufacturing operation to grow beyond its current team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive process improvements to scale production efficiently and consistently
  • Manage manufacturing inventory control, including receiving, counting, tracking, and reconciliation of raw materials and components
  • Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and refinement of prototype and production products
  • Create repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes to support production growth and new product introductions
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with engineering and leadership to move concepts from prototype to production

Key Outcomes & Success Measures

  • Documented, repeatable manufacturing processes that allow production to scale
  • Smooth and controlled inventory flow supporting uninterrupted manufacturing
  • Successful expansion of operations beyond the current manufacturing team

Qualifications

  • Background in manufacturing processes and/or engineering
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain control
  • Hands-on experience with product assembly, prototyping, or manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience writing, implementing, and enforcing SOPs
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
    • Military technical leadership experience highly valued
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in an early-stage or growth manufacturing environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred
  • An equivalent combination of military technical training and hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered
