Job Full Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to manage and maintain their Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data integrity, system functionality, and compliance, while supporting HR operations through accurate reporting and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of HR processes, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

System Management:
- Maintain and configure HRIS systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendors.

Data & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports for compliance, workforce planning, and decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to support HR and business leaders.

User Support & Training:
- Provide technical support to HR staff and employees regarding HRIS functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for system processes.

Compliance & Security:
- Ensure HRIS complies with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Maintain security roles and permissions within the system.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of HRIS administration experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel strong).
- Competencies: Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
