Job Full Description:
Our client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to a client on the West Coast (this is a remote opportunity). This role is responsible for deploying Dell laptops (500-1,000 laptops in this year long contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Help Desk Operations: Respond to incoming calls and emails, log tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous help desk or technical support experience required.
