Our staffing firm is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Field Resolution Analyst to support a leading manufacturer in their operations and field-support functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex issues, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and communicates effectively across multiple departments.
About the Role
As a Field Resolution Analyst, you’ll serve as a key liaison between job sites and internal engineering, production, and quality teams. You’ll manage incoming field reports, analyze technical information, interpret architectural drawings, and help drive timely, cost-effective resolutions. Strong documentation skills and comfort with tools like Smartsheets and Excel are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain all Problem Report (PR) statuses using Smartsheets, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
- Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites; identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate with multiple internal departments to gather information, validate findings, and coordinate resolution of field issues.
- Utilize architectural drawings, blueprints, and related documentation to support technical assessments.
- Manage multiple open issues simultaneously while maintaining organized workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, data organization).
- Experience with Smartsheets and standard office software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/blueprints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
