Our client is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team and serve as a vital link between management and employees.
Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the business relationships with employees. You will handle employee questions, resolve work-related problems, and strive to improve organizational dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and concerns.
- Problem Resolution: Assist employees in resolving work-related issues and develop plans for improvement based on feedback.
- HR Compliance: Manage I-9 forms and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Payroll Assistance: Partner with payroll to help employees with payroll-related issues, including paystub credentials and PTO balance discrepancies.
- Reporting: Work closely with and report challenges to the Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with Paylocity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
- Bilingual
