Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an Application & Systems Analyst to provide critical support across merchandising, finance, and store operations. This role ensures smooth system functionality, accurate data flow, and clean end-to-end transactions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support: Troubleshoot application and data flow issues impacting merchandising, finance, and store operations.
• Testing & Documentation: Perform functional testing, regression support, and maintain documentation for new releases and system updates.
• Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration and workflow improvements.
• Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between systems and maintain transaction integrity across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail system support.
  • Hands-on experience with retail merchandising and finance systems.
  • Integration experience; retail ERP experience preferred.

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field OR 3–5 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

• Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to document processes and perform regression testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
