Our team is currently partnering with a growing company seeking a high-volume Accounts Payable Accountant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on a mix of AP processing and additional accounting/reporting responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable stepping into a dynamic, team-oriented accounting department.
What You’ll Do
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions with accuracy and speed
- Review invoices, match coding, and ensure timely approvals
- Assist with month-end duties, reconciliations, and misc. accounting tasks
- Support reporting needs and cross-functional accounting activities as assigned
- Collaborate with the accounting team as responsibilities may shift based on workload
What We’re Looking For
- Degree preferred, but not required
- If not degreed, significant AP experience is strongly desired
- Proven success in high-volume AP environments
- Experience with Sage software is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- A true team player with a flexible mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
