Job Responsibilities:
As an IT Manager, you'll oversee all IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient technology infrastructure, managing IT staff, and implementing solutions to support the company's manufacturing processes.
Strategic Planning & Management:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's manufacturing goals.
- Manage IT budget, resources, and projects effectively.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to manufacturing.
IT Infrastructure & Operations:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Monitor IT performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Oversee IT support and troubleshooting activities.
Staff Management:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard IT staff as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing IT team.
Manufacturing-Specific IT:
- Understand the specific IT needs of a manufacturing environment (e.g., ERP, SCADA, MES, PLC, CNC).
- Implement and maintain IT systems that support manufacturing processes, such as production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production, quality control) to identify IT needs and develop solutions.

Job Experience
- Previous experience as an IT Manager in a Manufacturing setting is required.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and IT systems used in manufacturing.
- Experience with IT security best practices.
Job Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
